Is that image from an Otus 55 or 28mm? It looks more like Otus 55mm to me. Lovely!
Yes, Joshua, 55mm... I had been using the 28mm too much recently, so the 55 became annoyed, started crying at night and even wet its bed on a couple of occasions. So I just had to show it some love... But now my 85 won't even talk to me....
Night blooming cactus flower. This is really an unnatural feeling working in the dark shooting flowers. A7RII with Canon EF 100-400 II and Metabones IV adapter

Spring has sprung.... although there was a severe thunderstorm shortly before. Weird weather and unseasonably cold/wet in Southern California but the new lens is seriously kicking some b***.
Since I'm thinking of selling a few lenses I looked through what I have and the Rokkor 58/1.2 and C/Y 28/2.8 caught my eye, so I decided to bring them when I had a dentist appointment in town yesterday.
Didn't have much time, so I went to the harbor which usually offers some interesting subjects. I found Deep Energy fascinating, especially the back part which has an almost ridiculous amount of detailed machinery. Deep Energy was constructed in 2013 and is one of the largest pipe-laying vessels ever built.
Anyway, I really enjoyed shooting with a 28mm again and the C/Y is as good as I remembered it, so it's a keeper for now. The Rokkor is great, but really heavy and I don't find it that much better than my CV Nokton 50/1.5 for most things I shoot and worse for some (flare and sunstars + weight of course), so it'll probably have to go eventually.
The light was special and really brought out colors and details to a point it almost look unreal.
#2 and 5 are from A7 + C/Y 28/2.8 and the rest A7II + Rokkor 58/1.2.
