René - Fantastic mountain shots. The FE28 looks pretty good here, if I didn't shoot so much city shooting where the distortion shows, then it would be very high on my want list.
Ronny...sorry you couldn't use the Loxia. I think that lens, as with the 21, would suit you very well.
Rene...love your BW's. Really fantastic. You too, make ANY lens shine!
Werner...very nice as well. I'm curious? What makes you decide to go with a square crop? My brain just doesn't compute ⬛️ very well when shooting!
John...love the 100 APO bokeh. So smooth!
Bob...fantastic BW's last page. Great processing.

Gregg: The square comes from the rivers way and its circular movement... there is to much information on the sides that would distract from the rivers way (and i like the square format...).

Hi Bob -- I generally like color best, and here the same. The only downside is the brown water over the falls. The B&W might appeal more to me with some added contrast, including lightening the falls. Still, a great shot either way!
D&R Theater, Aberdeen. As kids, we'd watch movies here and the Aberdeen Theater (turned into a fundamentalist church). Now the D&R is an event and concert venue.
First shot is a 2-shot landscape format pano/composite, perspective corrected in LR.
Loxia 35 -- yes, I'm loving how these images came out and glad I used it extensively on my trip. Nice to be surprised when you get back to the computer!

Ronny, I mentioned it before and I mention it again, your Lofoten images are simply gorgeous....
I also had a chance to visit Rotterdam briefly and these are two shots from a unique building there. It is shaped like a huge tunnel and the outer tunnel consists of apartments. the people that live there can look to the outside as well as to the inside, where it is like a market, where eating establishments, booths selling goodies, restaurants, grocery markets and whatnot. The Dutch call it appropriately, the Market Hall .
Back home from 7 weeks out and trying to catch up on this thread, which continues to inspire. Just this page alone is example enough!
Here's one from the Blue Mountains north of Sydney, Australia. A7r + Leica WATE. There was no good shooting position so I had my tripod fully extended and lifted high above my head with 10 sec delay shutter. Dave
Ronny, Gregg and John thank you for the comment. The 28mm really makes fun. the Ideal lens her in switzerland.
Here it has only mountains and lakes. No cities
