Fabulous images - timeless fall impressions. Thanks. K-H.
Thank you k-h.a.w.I just wanted to show the beauty of the region I live in at fall. This time all that with selection of lenses acclaimed to be average to find out, like many others before, that lens itself doesn't matter too much.

Sony A7R II + Modified Sigma 60mm F/2.8
Two pictures from Grand Canyon, Arizona, both from a single exposure using the Zeiss 4/85 ZM. They were taken from the same overlook point on the south rim, the first looking east during sunrise, the second looking north a bit later.
I bought a C/Y 35-70 and a Leica M Elmarit 90mm. I've been very impressed with both. I have a Leica R 35mm on the way!
I tried the Techart and the Elmarit 90 tonight in a dance rehearsal. The techart did far better than I expected focusing in the low light. I'll post some of those in a few days.
The first three are with the Leica, and the fourth with the Contax.
In the third image, you can see the depth of field at f2.8 on the Elmarit. I was a couple of feet away. I missed focus by a little...
The fourth image was 1/6 of a second hand held. Given that I am older, with not the steadiest of hands, I was grateful for the IBIS.
