Nope JaKo, I was there at the beginning of September so they are following me (they have to get their inspiration from somewhere I suppose!). I was staying with friends on Pender and I think I am now in love with Canada and Canadians. Beautiful place and warm, friendly people. Glad you have enjoyed my photos, and great to see more excellent shots from you.
Loxia 50 on A7R2 – Early morning at the Richmond Seaplane dock (and the superb Flying Beaver Pub/Restaurant experienced a few days later on my return journey!):
Sorry, 55 1.8. It's the only lens I own. I rent when ever I want something different.
Had the camera for a year now and waffle between getting some legacy glass ('cause it's small, cool looking, and cheaper - usually) or getting one of the Batis or 90mm. I switched to this for "smaller" and "lighter" but don't know if I want the hassle of manual focus when I mainly shoot my 5 year olds.
This is the Bexar County Courthouse in SATX constructed in 1896 and designed by architect J. Riely Gordon. The main material used was red sandstone giving the building a beautiful tone. The courthouse is located on the main plaza in downtown along with other famous landmarks like the San Fernando Cathedral.

A similar post to the precedent but more linear... in the previous page was a 8 pics portrait pano taken at 24mm so rather rounded at the top and at the bottom. Here a couple of the same scene taken at 16mm: as learned here, for the Zony 16-35, sunstar is more regular and prominent at f16.
Edit: for people interested, the location is Techendorf at Weissensee lake (Austria).
