Gregg and Helena, I truly appreciate your kind words.
In addition to the two lenses I used the most on the trip, Canon 400mm f/2.8 Mark II and Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 Macro, there is a 3rd lens that performed really well and actually, better than I anticipated, Sony FE 70-300mm lens. Yes, it is on the slow side but it is a fine performer. This jaguar was captured using that lens. Just in case you missed my previous post, we saw 2 jaguars in captivity at a farm in CR. They were trapped and about to be killed by locals when captured a few years ago since they were preying on livestock. But this farmer took both of them on. It looks like the living conditions are fine and under circumstances, and to my untrained eyes they look pretty good but regardless, they are in captivity. We cannot change the circumstances but I have to admit that this female jag is an impressive looking big cat. This is a more closeup image of the jag than what posted earlier.

Impressive as always Ronny and Joshua. There are so many others I'd like to comment on but I'm afraid to forget someone who also deserves to be mentioned. However, I want to say that I really like Tim's mossy shots from the previous page. Besides being beautiful captures I'm envious of the scene itself. When I see something like that over here it's always full of dropped sticks and rotting leaves. Do you clean the place before taking photos..?
Some more from walks/bicycling around home with A7 and CV Nokton 50/1.5 VM. Darker and gloomier and than what I usually post, but it's nice to try something a little different sometimes. (The one with the white horse is a near 100% crop.)
Wonderful photos HelenaN, your photos are always distinctive, and nice to see an intriguing blend of continuity and experimentation in this latest post. They are really interesting, thanks for sharing.
You have been posting some wonderful sunrises and sunsets!
Chuck
Thank you Chuck. Not much else to shoot in my neck of the woods this time of the year. So when I see promising clouds I would head out to the lakes nearby to wait for the sunrise or sunset. Same places but the sunrise and sunset are different every time.. Not really trying to be creative or artistic, just enjoy capturing nature's moment.

Thank you very much for the encouraging comment! Makes me want to experiment some more.
Beautiful photos as always dbehrens, Peire and kdrk888!
Trying to get done before my next trip when I won't be posting any images for a month or more. The good news/bad news is that I should be accumulating another big inventory of "what's that?": pictures of shiny things that distract me.
Here's a two-shot hand held pano, PP in LR6CC, as usual.
