Werner...love the 2 above!
Ronny...stunning!
Rene...really nice! Good advertising...!!
Bob....which lens(s)?
Here are a few more real photos from our "Camping on the Noyo"...you have to take the Skunk train
From Willits, Ca, then the train takes you and your gear to the campsite. Then you have to put your stuff on carts, and haul it 200m to your site!! It's an old Boy Scout camp(still is) and they usually stay there the whole month of July. For some reason this year they didn't make it, so we did. As it turns out, we were the only people there! 8 campsites to ourselves for 4 days. It was pretty cool!!
Gregg
A7rll and Loxia 21(edit)...thanks Manuel👍🏻
Love the shot with the hound! Bet he (she?) loves being on the water.
That's Nalah(she, 11 months) our younger Vizsla. The older stayed on shore with grandpa!
Thanks!
Thanks
Joshua you too kind... considering what you show last week . the rest of us we can stand in a corner and be ashamed kidding .. but you have been on a different level than the rest of us
stunnig work
Personally, I think I had a pretty bad focus day when I took these macro shots that day ..many shot that are not 100% in focus ..well hope for better luck next time

Ronny, this is for your awesome images . I know how difficult it is to take macro shots of critters. Sometime after you focused carefully and you were ready to trigger the shutter, it flew away or moved from you focusing plane. I didn't even bother trying to take images of hummingbirds using a macro lens. But I do have a few images that are well focused on the eye of the hummer and here is one of them. The magnification was OK and I cropped it to make it look like a semi macro. I said it before and I will say it again, that Canon 400mm f/2.8 Mark II lens on the A7r II works like a champ.
Been a while but still amazing. Skill and taste in this thread is at the top. Coming here some years ago it continues to help my own efforts. Credits to all shots on this page.

Joshua another awesome shot! You must be having a hard time deciding which shots to keep and which to pass over. There are so many 10+ pictures to choose from. Bravo
Wow, wow, wow! Ronny, Joshua, Wilhelm and Matt (sorry, I'm missing so many contributors!) -- great, great stuff. Thanks for your generous sharing of talent.
An oddity or two . . . while trying EF 40 STM and 45 TS-E lenses on the Sigma MC-11.
Oh! And . . .
Gregg -- great story telling!
Bob -- always love your building shots!
Rene -- a real taste of Switzerland, off the beaten track.
Werner -- nice shift from docks and floating piers to sexy gams!
Mike A -- nice "hard" rendition on the cycle.
Falcdragon -- from one woods walker to another!
Basically have to thank everyone who's posted images in the last 4-5 pages. Kudos!
