I am impressed by how good the builders from the XVIth century were able to mix the field stones with large gothic,"two handed" bricks and contemporary sized bricks. And that gothic brick was well in use then still.

Eddie, very nice captures also in the precedent post ... the Canon seems as good as our Zony

Thankyou Manuel. It performs as it should on the Sony but I still find myself wanting to swap it for the Sony version to lose the adaptor and the increased size.

Thank you Werner and I really like yours too!
Thank you! It's the new one. What's the easiest way to differentiate it from the older one in posts here? Add VM to the "label" like with the CV 50/1.5?
Some photos from yesterday with the Ultron 35/1.7 (new version):
Helena.I am not the first to say that, but looking blindly at any of your pictures I can recognize it's yours. That it great.Having one's own recognizable style is something special.

More from my trip to Banff. I reprocessed the first image . . . I found that the image looks better by doing some steps ahead of others including a well placed noise reduction along the way. The rest are more from Two Jack Lake looking toward Mount Rundle.
All taken with the Batis 25/2 except the second; taken with the Rokinon 14/2.8
