wfrank, splendid shot of the P1800 - or is it an 1800S?
Thank you Ernie, that is an early S after Volvo moved manufacturing from Jensen UK to Göteborg SWE. Better dont get me started on this or I am able to fill plenty of pages with underwhelming information in this fine photographic fora :-)
Still a few images from Spain; this time from Barcelona. Güell Park on the hill overlooking Barcelona was designed by the famous architect, Antoni Gaudí. Too many tourists though . Oh, well.
After the new firrmware upgrade from Metabones, that Canon zoom lens has become my favorite go to lens in that FL range. It is truly a remarkable lens and it shines in your capable hands. Impressive images, David !

Thank you! I am indeed impressed that even in low-light I am getting decent AF with the firmware-updated Metabones IV:
Something a bit more impressionistic (high ISO a7R II with EF 11-24mm f/4L): Walnut Street by David Arbogast, on Flickr
Question - IIRC I read somewhere of a feature on the A7RII which allows for easier composition in the dark for nightscapes. I looked at the manual and online but can't find it anymore. Am I imagining things? I think it automatically boosted ISO or something...

David : Nice to see you in this thread again .. how do you think that the change went from canon 5ds to Sony again?
Nice work!
Thanks Ronny! Still have the 5DS R, still like it. I have to confess, though, the a7R II is making me wonder why I still have it.
