Photo taken the evening of July 16, 2015, about 27 minutes before sunset, New Tripoli, PA. Image taken with my tripod mounted Leica R 180mm f3.4 ApoTelyt lens and my A7r, ISO 100, lens set to f16 for 1/10 second and processed in LR6.
What's with the 750 kb limit. I tried to post some images two days ago and they were refused because they exceeded 750kb. I see images that exceed that all the time, including some I have posted myself.

Does anyone know what's going on here?

Michael,
I have experienced the same situation and I started noticing that after I came back from Europe 2 weeks ago. It seems like Fred lowered the limit to 750kb to reduce the band width usage. What you have to do is to apply some additional compression to the image file to stay under that limit.
Ronny, your insect shots are exceptional! Werner, your "ghost" series move me in deep, deep ways. René, great B&W! Bob, as ever, wonderful. And xp, and Michiel, and John, and Charlie...

farfisa, what are the two animals on the previous page? weasels?

They're baby otters--members of the weasel family. First time I'd ever seen them, and my daughters were thrilled (my wife less so, but she admitted they were cute), and the otters seemed only slightly terrified.
[edit: sylgo has pointed out that they're actually baby minks, thanks Sylvain!]
Two more shots of them, not as good as the first, but shows more of their little bodies. They were probably about 9 inches long.
First one at f/2.5, second at f/4. (I keep checking the 'show exif' but it's not consistent--maybe I'm checking things in the wrong order, sorry!)
