The 28 Asph? Or the 24 Asph I have?
That's good to hear.
What I wonder, is shutter lag that noticeable vs the NEX-7?
I'll be picking up mine in a week....
I was referring to the 28asph but to be fair I have not seen alot of samples from it.
I'll be very interested in how your 24 does. I fear you will get some fuzzy edges till you are stopped down quite a bit. But the A7r is incredible with f/16, it's not soft there, as the nex 5n is. They put alot of work into diffraction.
And while the edges might not equal an m9--well they won't at WO i pretty sure, the centers will be sick.
uhoh7: those lenses are not too expensive, usually. They do surface dirt cheap around here and usually it comes down to if the seller is realistic or not.
It really comes to life on the A7r with the inherent character preserved, a very nice portrait.
well you might want to grab the next cheap one or PM me because only 1066 were made in LTM 1950-5 and the lens is worth thousands on the street in H.K.--Im told anyway.
however: 25,450 through '59 for the Prominent camera.
Oh, crap, I could have scored that lens for a few months ago, on a camera. For real. I passed on the offer as I had no use for the lens and was really not interested myself. I am pretty sure he no longer has it though. I sold/traded some of my old gear to this guy and he wanted to trade some stuff - this lens was among them. I know very little of the pricing of the older Voigt's, as do a lot of people over here - that is why you can find them cheap. A lot of them simply gets tossed in the bin. A former colleague knows this guy at a recycling center and he used to call when people were discarding old cameras but he called every week and after a while you just cave in to the fact that for some people old cameras and lenses are just garbage.
Are you seeing any color cast in the corners with the Cv 35 1.2 on the A7r? For example, with a sky shot? From what I can tell, no such problems with A7 -- but I haven't managed to find enough examples of the CV 1.2 on A7r yet.

Hi uhoh, I also asked in the other thread...

Looks great so far, thanks!
I have not seen it and don't expect to, but I have not done any sky tests yet
