There are bunch of us who enjoy the buying/selling as well as the picture taking. This is not my business... a total hobby. Yup... bought a D810 and sold it... and then bought another one. Same with several different lenses. So what?
I get the distinct impression that you have a bit of an attitude towards me... both from the this post and the cropping post from a different thread.
Maybe I am reading too much into it... as it is the internet. I hope it's all meant in good fun.
No way! Don't take me too personally! I'm just busting your chops in both threads!
Shawn - very nice as usual. Love the rockin' chair shot! I need to start using props on my photoshoots. So far I've managed to use a princess dress and a tiny umbrella. They do add to the content and gives your images that extra "interestingness" which in turn makes picture taking much more fun.
I usually scout around for interesting locations, and once I find it, I start drawing compositions in my mind. Then I wait for good light, then I position my little model and HOPE she doesn't cry or something. I can only hope for good facial expressions, but that's not always the case when you have a grumpy 3 yr old
58G is very versatile for folks who own a limited amount of lenses. Personally for me, 58G is for 1.4 rendering and low light shooting. 70-200VRII for studio and everything else.
