After much too-ing and fro-ing between the 58G and the 50 Art – not helped by being a long-time enraptured 35 Art owner – this thread finally pushed me over the Nikon side of the fence. Will get it dialed in this week, and hope to be able to make some humble contributions here shortly!
A few from the last week. First one was from a mini trip we made to Provincetown and Martha's Vineyard last weekend. I mostly played with my new 20/1.8 on that trip. The rest are from a little pool party with nieces and nephew at my place yesterday. My wife turned the 58 on me in the last one.
My little monkey turned 18 months old today. I still haven't had a chance to run the lens through Focal, and I'm still getting a feel for the focal length, but hey, that's enough excuses. Here's a couple to get me started!
