The Alt forum surely is no Canon territory but I think we should have a images thread for FD lenses, after all Canon built some really nice lenses.
FL lenses are welcome as well
I don't shoot any FD lenses, but it's nice to see dedicated threads for other mounts. I think it's a great resource for people considering various mount lenses and makes the research easier.
I've noticed that many of the FD lenses are superior to their EF counterparts. The 35/2 is significantly better in FD compared to the first EF 35/2. The FD 50/1.4 is also better than the EF (I compared them directly). Some of the redesigns needed for AF performance had pretty big optical compromises. I've been very impressed with a lot of FD lenses.
Jeez guys! I was going to post a few film pictures that I took recently, but sweet Jesus, your images are absolutely impressive. Very crisp, very nice colors too. I might just buy an adapter for My Olympus after this.
