THe water in some of these looks even softer than your average "few seconds" exposure, like maybe 30-60+ seconds. Any use of ND or CPL filters here, or just stopping down at base ISO?

I absolutely love Ricketts Glen. Unfortunately, I went up when there was not a cloud in the sky, and I shot for the majority of the day. I was really hoping more for conditions like you encountered, but no such luck. Maybe when my spring trip comes around.
