Stunning photo Justin! Love it!
I am curious if you have one closer to the water including the reflection in the composition?
Thanks Scott. I actually have a few with perfectly clear reflections of the peak. One vertical from this same spot but a higher tripod position, and one horizontal. I didn't go further forward though or I would have definitely trampled half the flowers here. The cut off reflection almost made me scrap this shot to be honest!

Great scene and well executed. Did you use a TS lens to get it all in focus?
Thanks Slab. I used my 17TS, but I only shifted it down to try and help with the tree distortion (so no tilt). This comp was still to extreme for the shift so I had to straighten things up a bit in post. The sharpness is from an 8 shot focus stack. I find Im a bit unhappy with the sharpness if I use the tilt-shift abilities to the extreme, and I'd much rather add a bit of focus stacking work then have a blurry image.

Awesome shot, Justin! I have to wait until next summer for flowers again

Yeah me too, im getting ready to bundle up now that the snow has hit up here. I'll probably be back to washington and oregon for a while next summer again.

Knock it off man. Seriously. Is that a cabin I see on the right side of the frame through the trees? Or are my eyes playing tricks on me?
Lol thanks i think! I think they called it a ranger cabin. We used the porch as a resting spot for a while. I thought about choosing a comp without it, but it gives me one more thing to remember about the place. Im not sure if I'll be back to the hunting ground again or not.

This is awesome, Justin. I didn't read every single response, but did you focus stack this image?

Thanks bud. And yes, all my shots with strong perspectives are focus stacked. This one took 8 at F9 I think.
Gotcha, I don't think the cabin detracts anything, in fact it almost adds another element to the scene. Imagine spending the summer there in that cabin. Ahhhh.
