Gunzorro - if you are willing to accept the known limitations of CCD sensors, and recognise their special qualities, you can buy something like the Pentax 645D for similar money to a Sony A7R II (2nd hand prices of course).
Having too many cameras I thought seriously about selling my 645D, however I have a number of great 645 lenses and P67 ones and it's just not worth my dropping so low to sell what remains a very fine camera that produces brilliant files, within the known CCD limitations.

So jealous of you mini-me medium format cameras!
I guess it's good that they are so expensive compared to Sony ar7x cameras.
Very inspiring to check in about what you've been up to.
Hi, Thank you Jim. The system is great other than size and low light performance and if you don't mind be locked in .(there is no much resale going on with S system)
S is a niche system will not win spec contest with ancient AF but it suit me quite well. I enjoy the whole process with it other than weight and size, but on the other hand, only SLR with bright view finder alone with first class glass giving me the experience. I can take that trade off for the way I use my camera now, My favorite system hand down.
