I think there are no exceptions, only today is possible to make bigger than FF CMOS. Well, it was possible for long time (Canon has prototype of quite a few CMOS sensors that are really big), just only Sony did it for "real". Now its going to be in Hasselblad, Pentax and Phase One backs. Maybe others in time. I guess Leica wont be much behind with next "S".
Yes, i have 2 backs now. Kodak ProBack for Hassel 555ELD which I use with Horseman Digiflex 2 (Nikon mount) and latest version Kodak ProBack 645M. They are different by colours rendering and factory WB settings (ProBack perfect by default, for 645M i spent a lot of time while tried different custom WB and seems found finally) but both one of the best what u can find for eyes (if u "colour lover" too as me
