Quite the colors here, how many images? I’m toying with the idea of getting something longer than 90 for the X2DII, how do you like using M glass for tele? Easy to focus? I assume you have to crop somewhat because the circle isn’t big enough, right? How much of the 135 is usable? Any image degradation?

The longest pano was taken from 11 shots via LR Pano Merge ... it only processed 6 of the images, citing 5 images not used (duplicate overlaps).
The focus was easy on the LCD, while on the tripod. I've also used it for handheld, focus is fine (imo). But you do have to be wary of your technique when shooting handheld ... rolling shutter (1/3s at 16 bit, 1/6s at 14 bit) can bite you (see comps below). Obviously, subjects with any motion would be a no-go for the rolling shutter, too, but something static (bicycle) is very doable with reasonable handholding technique.
Vignetting isn't bad with the 135/3.4 APO. Just the extreme corners. Depending on aperture used, it graduates a bit differently. With the Pano, the amount of overlap being used (1/3 - 1/2), the central portions are clear of the vignette. NOTE: I shot the pano with verticals ... comps below were single shots (pre-pano), but the raw / sooc exposure was different, so it showed the vignetting more readily (easier for you to see). Also, the kitchen shots are uncropped, so the vignetting is there as shown.
As to "degradation" ... the level of detail the Hassy showed me with the 135/3.4 APO left me with the feeling that it was an even better lens than I had realized before from shooting it on my M10R. I suppose it would be about the same as if I had shot it on an M11 or SL3 (similar pixel density) ... but, that's just speculation (no experience).
All in all ... the 135/3.4 on the Hassy is a niche application. But, my 135/3.4 is pretty niche on my M's and SL's, too ... so, there's that.
Other M glass ... haven't gotten around to trying it on the X2D, yet.
