Thanks, Scott! I'm getting a lot of mileage out of those VSCO presets I bought years ago. I almost hate to say it knowing how much hasselblad hype there is these days, but those files sure make it easy to get knockout colors.
Couple more from yesterday's outing. I forced myself to shoot only with the 75P, which was... hard. I love 50mm in 35mm, so I thought 59mm equivalent wouldn't be too much of a stretch. But it's a lot tighter than I expected! In any case, I think I'm getting the hang of it.
I don’t know exactly what it is, but this image has a truly special impact on me. The depth… it’s as if you’re standing right where the camera was, as though you could step straight into the scene. I’ve only experienced this feeling before with 8x10 large format shots. And here it’s achieved with the “smaller” 39-megapixel medium format sensor.

I know what you mean - can't quite put my finger on it either but sometimes the images made with that camera have this "transparent" quality to them that I can't really replicate with my other cameras. Probably a combination of a pretty big sensor (for digital) with comparably low pixel count and the Hasselblad + Kodak color science.
