Well, I am upgrading to the 20D when it arrives next month, but want to keep a backup body. At first, I was just going to keep the 10D, but now I am thinking about trading for the 300D for many reasons. I want something light that I can take around when weight is a priority. I really like possible wireless remotes (very nice for family photos. It was a nightmare with the 10D).
I am looking for a 300D with some extras plus cash. My 10D is in excellent condition, but shows slight wear on the play and delete buttons. I have the modded 18-55 EF-S lens to go along with it if desired.
Would prefer a 300D with kit lens, but not necessary. Wireless remote a plus, as is the hacked firmware.
I have received several PM's regarding this, so I will address the main question of how much I am looking for in trade.
I tried to check out prices for the 300D and 10D, both brand new as well as used. If trading straight up the 300D with kit lens for my 10D with modded 18-55 EF-S, I think $350-$400 is about right. Obviously, factors including condition of equipment and other accessories will change the trade price. I am a little flexible.
I do not need the grip for the 300D, as I want to keep it small (my 20D will have the extra grip). I am looking specifically for the RC-1 or RC-5 wireless remotes, preferring the RC-1.

Hey Danny how's it going? You're right OUR team SUCKS. But, I just got back from the game, and they played alright today. Of course it's only against the lowly Phillies.
