wow - great stuff herb! i love the water on these guys, it really gives them a great sense of authenticity, like they really worked to catch all that food!

I've never seen a good closeup image of krill before this. WOW!
They're bigger than I thought. As big as some shrimp.
Since taking off from the water is such a chore for puffins, it helps to be able to carry more that one little goodie at a time. I'm guessing there are little hooks on the insides of the beaks that hold on tightly to those slippery little devils.
