#1 Not sure here buddy, cheek and beak seem a bit 'washed' of color and detail?
#2 a dandy in some hard light to make them 'dandy' in
#3 colorful and wonderful........a beauty with those colors
#4 sweet one Tim! Maybe nip that yellow in lower right corner out?
#5 nice wing freeze, nice detail and coloring. Maybe a little cleanup below along bottom edge?
So you gave me '1 BS' and I gave you '3' nits..............I guess that will come back to me soon
I have not yet handled the 500 VII but I have begun a want for it............in the used market of course
You had a good day, nice and I am looking forward to that Lucifer plant with Hummerz !

I knew the BS would set some of you guys off
1 okay, fair enough, I guess the rest of the shot is awfully nice
2 thank you (psst, I like the morning light)
3 thank you
4 color is the spice of life
5 I tend to not "clean up" but your point is well taken and I understand it
Payback is a bitch Just teasing, as usual your nits are spot on my friend.
Don't pick up a 500 mk2, it's like driving a car you shouldn't buy Well not really, the differences are more on the sublime side, except for the weight.
Hummers on Lucifer, I only have a few this year, these are wild birds and this year they tend to be on the spooky side. Definitely not feeder birds!!

Beautiful set, Tim. You gave me a hard time to pick my favorite. I love them all. I agree that it is nice to shoot with 500 II. But I believe you can do this great work with any gear easily.
