Well glad everyone is getting their money back. I give him no excuses, he is useless. We definitely put the fear of god in him, no doubt. I'm just glad this is behind us and we have all learned a lesson from this. In the future just cover your six, so to speak. Get more than just a couple of positive feedbacks and a PM. Ask for photos and stuff, just like eBay. As long as members can see B&S on FM without having to pay to be a member, these scum bags will always come around.

I stayed calm, said I'd see you soon and after that, his whole attitude changed. Oh and I'm the one he prank called, but I could hear his little punk friends in the background. I know he was just trying to get me going but in the end, I think he knew we were serious.

Fear is a great motivator. I agree that it made a huge difference in this situation. So thanks to all that contributed and made this possible.

Got my money back from paypal as well. If he's scammed other's before I hope he gets caught and arrested. I've been scammed from a car shop before and it sucks when people take your hard earned money and just get away with it.

Should I be waiting for his 5D II? I kinda think he did not send the gear out as promised. Or even if he did, that might have been the stolen one.. That would be a really tough call.
