My buddy from Minnesota kept wanting to shoot sunrises at the beach, but here on the west coast think of sunsets. This changed my mind Out of 6 days of shooting, only time I have seen light at the southern coast.
What a very cool shot. I like how the color radiates out of the side. So that was sunrise? There are a few beaches here on the west coast where because of the lay of the land, shooting sunrise is possible. Not many, and I guess I wouldn't have thought of that at Bandon for sure, but it worked! I like your composition, and I like the open space at the bottom. It gives the shot some room to breath and provides a good foundation for the shot itself.
