Switching to the Nexus 4 so I need to let this go to cover the ETF fee.
There are a couple marks on the antenna band and toward the bottom on the back, along with one minor scratch on the screen which isn't noticeable when the screen is on. Comes with original box, charger and lightning cable. No headphones. Will send pictures upon request and try to upload in a bit.
