Hi Socrate,
Wonderful shots. When coming down to Sarasota from Canada we passed by Orlando (on the I4). We tried to go to Viera Wet but could not find our way. Any directions?
Cheers

Thanks Saba. Too bad you missed that opportunity. I'll make sure it won't happen again
This is the address of Viera Wetlands for your navigation system: 10001 Wickham Rd., Melbourne, FL.
From Orlando you need to get to I-95 South on the East coast. The fastest way is to get to SR-528 Toll East. Merge onto I-95 South and take exit 191. Turn right, heading West and continue straight through a Traffic Circle for about 2.5 miles until you see a Waste Water Facility on your left. The entrance is right behind the facility.
As you may know there are many toll roads in Orlando area. My suggestion would be to get a Sunpass for your car and avoid stopping too many times to pay the road tolls.
You are going to love the place

Wow! Those are three shots that scream Cara Cara Cara! Beautiful skies to compliment perfect focus and exposure on these beautiful birds. Love them all....and wish they were mine! And the eagles are really superb as well.
Eric
Thank you, Eric. I've been very lucky with Caracara both times I've been to Viera lately

These are fantastic, Socrate!
#1 and #2: great control of exposure (where have I heard that before), wonderful detail, and, best of all, artistic composition in which the lateral axis of the bird beautifully complements the frame.
#3: a magnificent bird and my favorite of the set
#4, #6: just another bald eagle
#5: love that view, which shows the amazing symmetry of the white markings
Greg
Thank you for you detailed comments, Greg. #3 is my favorite too The Caracara put out a little show for me circling right on top of me. I guess it was looking for road kills.
#5 is a real rare sight for this area. A good sign that may Eagles are coming this way.
Socrate
Socrate.
All are excellent images, but the partial back-light on those three caracara images make them real standouts. Plus, they're in-flight. Gee willikers.
Terrific shooting- and the technicals are almost as good as what I habitually do ().
Charlie
O gosh there are a few standouts here Socrate! Loving the first 3 for sure and a great 'suspended feeling in these and the clouds sure do nice to break up a blue BG
#5 Juvi Eagle is spectacular, love that marbled look, spot on buddy

Lovely captures Socrate. I find the first image really stands out from others. All the elements even the sky is very pleasing in that shot.
