Just plain beautiful Socrate. The Mexican Eagle IF is one of the best I have ever seen, we usually see these guys perched. It's a refreshing change to see one flying around AND as well executed as these are. The BE's are just as good, the perched is my pick of them, great look on his face

Thanks for the kind words, my friend The Caracara was very cooperative. Usually you catch them flying by, but this one decided to make a reconnaissance circle right on to of me and I was able to shoot it for a bit longer. Unfortunately in the areas of the sky with clouds in the bg it was back-lit. The other shots had just ugly clouds on the bg. But I'm not complaining
Thanks again.

Socrate.
All are excellent images, but the partial back-light on those three caracara images make them real standouts. Plus, they're in-flight. Gee willikers.
Terrific shooting- and the technicals are almost as good as what I habitually do ().

Thank you, Charlie. It was either back-lit with a nice sky or front lit with just ugly clouds. The bird was nice enough to make a 360 over my head

O gosh there are a few standouts here Socrate! Loving the first 3 for sure and a great 'suspended feeling in these and the clouds sure do nice to break up a blue BG
