Yakim was such an upbeat personality and a person whom I had admired through his cerebral and kind posts......his cheery Happy Shooting wil definitley be missed in this forum.....almost like losing one of your own relatives and in a way, he was one of our own....Brian B

Today is the second day of Shavous.
The tradition is to do the Yizkor Service. (remembrance of all the dead)
There are different prayers for different people. (relationships)

Yakim was a very considerate FM memeber. He offered solid advise and understanding without being condesending. We seemed to have some good hearted banter over the years. I always read his posts and felt I was a better photographer because of it. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed. Very, very sad news indeed. I hope his family can read all the tributes to him someday. I just wish he was here to read them. Rest in peace Yakim, you will be missed.
If it does not offend anyone I am going to add "Happy Shooting" to my signiture in honor of our friend.
