I'm looking for the older (out of production) Sigma 50-150mm 2.8 II (50-150 F2.8 APO DC D EX HSM II, not the OS version) for Nikon mount. I prefer version 2 but I might consider the original version. I'd like to hear your experience with the lens (mainly focusing issues) and see some pictures you took with it.
If you are still looking for this lens I have decided to sell mine as I am going 100% DX. Saw the weight and size increase with the new OS version and it is not worth it for the OS.
Mine is the II version and in perfect condition. I used it for wedding reception photography on a D300 and it provided excellent IQ and at a fraction of the weight of a D3 with the 70-200mm lens.
Price would be $625 with shipping via USPS priority mail and I would pay the shipping cost.
