F A N T A S T I C work on this beautiful set Koen... I thoroughly enjoyed seeing each one of your images.
Techs are perfect, and your compositions are very well done... #2 is so unique it's the standout for me, but all are excellent.

Wonderful series, Koen; I was going to say exactly what Tim did!
These are fabulous; amazing colors and textures. I love the second shot not only for its artistic impact, but also because it shows how unusual this species is compared to other pelicans. The only thing missing is a brown pelican for comparison; I guess they are about half the size of the Dalmations!

Thanks Greg, yes these Damatian pelicans are huge!
Looks like it needs an haircut
Great job exposing these, Koen. It really shows all the different tonality of the whites. The level of detail is amazing. Colors and clarity are very pleasing

Bravo, Koen - these are wonderful. My favorites are #2,3, and 5. Love the head plumage, looks like a thick head of hair. Thanks for sharing these images of this massive and interesting pelican.
Given the jokesters on this website, and your screen name KF, I thought your title was going to refer to a fried pelican caught in some powerlines. But, instead, you gave us some seriously beautiful images illustrating a bird I have never seen yet in nature.

Beautiful set, Koen. This is my first time seeing this pelican. I love every single pic here as it all has its special. Great white feather detail, "facial" expression of the pelican.... Great work.
