Must be in perfect working condition on hopefully not clogged with dust and dirt. I'm only interested in Apple OEM cards and not PC cards that have been "flashed to work on macs".

FYI, for osx 10.8.2, the regular pc version works out of the box with no flashing needed. The only caveat is that you don't get to see the boot screen which I remedy by leaving my old video card in one of the other slots.
