It comes with strap, manual, original charger and 5 batteries in box.
2 of them are Canon brand, and others are thrid party brand.
It's great condition as you see in pictures. There are some light scratches
on it, but nothing major. Works good as it should.

Awesome camera, if i didn't have one already i'd buy it. sold my 1d3 and kept the 1D because it was all i needed. Produces great quality and colors especially with the MDP 80-200 2.8L. Good luck with the sale!
Yes, the original 1D was a fantastic camera. At the time of it's release it sold for $5000 and nothing else on the market could touch it. It is still built better than many cameras today and is one of the only bodies that I am aware of to have a 1/500 flash sync.
