That's one of the "pre-filled" drop down choices you have when you fill out the template to "sell" an item. We usually choose this because we do not have the opportunity to select "new" because technically anything we sell here is "used" according to Nikon Corporation.
However, I can also state with some authority that if you choose to buy this item, Nikon will honor any warranty with a copy of a sales slip if it has not been previously registered in their database under someone else's name.
Finally, kinginblue is a known member with over 200 posts on this forum and I would NOT hesitate to buy anything at all from this person.
