Luta, love the last picture!!! I've played around with that on PS did some shadows&higligts lifts..I love the result! Wish 6D's are available on the shops here in Abu Dhabi...

Also, Rob, you were right, I am plenty happy with the 17-40 on this camera. The 17-40 on this camera definitely seems better overall than the 10-22 on my 60D. I can also stop down a lot farther on full frame than I would feel comfortable on my crop frame, and the 17-40 seems pretty great stopped down, and the corners seem just fine stopped down.

I had myself convinced that I would get one more year out of my T2i. That I really did not want to invest in new glass this year.
Oh well wont be the first resolution I haven't kept.

Very happy with the 6d's AF performance thus far, at least for what I shoot. Sigma 50 1.4 @ f/2 shooting my wife skiing away from me in back-lit lighting....
I've had my new 6D less than a week but I am more than happy with it thus far. It's been a few years since I shot with a full frame camera, having previously owned the original 5D and the Mark II.
The details are amazing you can actually see the lighthouse if you look close at the monitor.
