In your second shot I see 432 Park poking up through the towers. I spent some time working on the window unit design for that job. Cool to see some of my day job on here. Working on 625 W57th now.

Just got the 6D for concerts and events, and the difference is huge (coming from a 600D)! Here are a few from a concert I shot last night.
Eric, that is the beast. The structure on that one will top out at 1443'-6". Should provide some incredible views for those rich enough to afford one of the top level apartments. The top level penthouse went for 95 million. I hope to get back out there when it is complete to shoot some photos of it. Looks like you had a good vantage point when you took that shot.

My 1st attempt at birding. I was going to clean my backyard and saw this nice
Western Scrub-Jay (correct me if I'm wrong) in my lemon tree. Went back inside and grabbed
my 6d before she was gone.
