I think GTs will be the biggest part of the new United SportsCar Racing ... old AMLS... in '14... Don't think they have the specs worked out yet... but Flying Lizard is already in GTC from last years GT... I think they lost some of their Factory backing...
If they get the formula right, it should be interesting...

They probably sold the cars. They are not in the ALMS this year, and just a technicality, those are Ford GT's. Ford does not own GT40 anymore, so they were not allowed to use the name again.

Im coming over to the States in October, going to Charlotte NC for a few days for the Goodguys SouthEast Nationals.

I went to a Hotrod run on the weekend, it was a campout in the bush....
Several Rod owners wanted some iamges shot of their cars, luckily I found a rustic old shed just down the road....

What is that, Jefferson? My first thought was Lotus, but then I saw the Shell emblem, which brought up the thought Ferrari. I'm still leaning toward some Lotus or other, though...
sometimes all the action can be seen in the support races - last group out at the vintage races as the light is going away, but look how they are leaning on the tires. My old online racing buddy Mark racing his real race car, while I am still just taking photos
