Rob, those first two would be really nice if there was a chunk of car or driver that was sharp. Looks like an honest to goodness...hill climb..find hill, drive up!

Interesting shot #1, it's a beautiful Porsche (The Red one)
Thanks. I have done a B&W conversion on that shot too...I sat there with the tripod and camera all setup for 30 minutes waiting for a moment with no people around it.

You really need luck on your side Rob when shooting at slow shutter speeds when the cars are on such uneven ground. It doesn't matter how well you pan with a car, the vertical motion from all the bouncing always sabotages the shot!
Lovely shot of that Porsche Travis, looks like a great place
Been a while since I had anything of value to contribute to this auto thread. Here's one that wasn't included in my other "Backdraft Racing..." thread.
a little classic Greg Moore action, Houston 1998, EOS 1n with the 14mm L from some very very close access point that even back then was a rare thing to find with the best credentials. Should really go back and scan all these again with modern equipment
wow, that one has a lot of motion in it...kinda makes my head hurt.
I have been slowly filing orders from an event shot last week...and each time I get a little because the track owners basically shut down access to the best parts of the track...images like this one will not be possible anymore...my favorite vantage point at the track...
