Another one of my oldest until this weekend when we can hopefully get outside to do some comparison shots between the 200 f2 AI-S and VR 1.

I struggle with seeing shots like this with the 200. This could be had with a lens at a fraction of the price. The 200 really shines with a more distant shot wide open for sure.

Well if someone already has the 200/2 then it doesn't make sense for them to buy another lens dedicated for shots like this

The weather where we live right now is not conducive to shooting outside whenever we like, hence the indoors shot that was taken approximately 3 feet in front of a plaster covered wall that the 200 f2 was able to eliminate like no other lens I own.

My wife and I loved it ever since this model came out so we were thinking of getting it.
Went to the dealership and got the 2016 with Tech package. Love it!
