Looks like a 9" x 18" faichild attached to a large light gathering device. I use to shoot with the fairchild in my younger days in both 9x9 and 9 x 18. The 9x9 wast retro fitted with a fujinon lens.
Hee Hee. I can't imagine attempting to walk around with this one, which weighs in at only about 6500 pounds. F/8 ad 1/400 second. Tiny bit more info on it here:
It was feeling quite neglected though, while I was in school. Thankfully I started taking it back out again. Glad your neck and shoulder problems seem to have resolved. Looking forward to your contributions again!

I'm happy to say that I'll be back joining the Chub Club later this week when mine arrives. I know I have missed it since Nightowl Cat bought mine.

What are you going to school for? My neck problems aren't going away anytime soon. I have a couple of jobs that require this lens, so I had a good excuse to buy it again. I really miss the AF and isolation of this lens.
Matt, going to school for nursing, aiming to work in hospice when done. Haven't made it in the program yet, there's a two year wait list, getting my prerequisites done in the meantime. This coming semester I get Nurse Aide Training, so I should at least be able to find a job while I'm waiting. Did you get a VR1 or VR2 this time?
