Very busy, because we're going on a weekend trip out to the outer islands tomorrow, but wanted to say: sebboh, I too don't mind. Please continue to post!

Jeez, how hard is it to scroll past, if you don't want to see RX1 images shot by anyone half good? It is entirely understandable to have this reaction to this awesome camera. I mean I look at what it gives me, and cannot find a thing I want improved...
post away sebboh, lol.
Just went through an angsty DPR thread (tautology I know) and I can't resist posting this from it:
'We will see countless examples of bad judgement in over sharpening when the RX1R arrives, just like we saw hundreds (of) dogs with f/2 bokeh nose when the RX1 arrived. This too shall pass.'
The bokeh IS uncanny good, I need my SO to keep me in check, don't have a dog luckily, ha ha.

yeah, i'm a little too excited about the new camera and am used to the NEX thread where my excesses are covered by the sheer number of posts.
i'll try to be a bit more judicious in my posting.
Sebboh, post away! You did not even beat the previous record of 11 images in one post. :-) That is the FM way. The higher volume posters always get more praise and more attention than those who post less. I gave up a long time ago and hardly post here anymore as I lost motivation and don't have the time because of my work and other life commitments to be able to process and post enough of my images to keep up with the daily volume posters.
It has been also interesting to see comments that the latest poster's images have now show cased how good the camera can be as if the early images in this thread sucked and the latest ones are so much better.
This is not to be taken as a bitter post and not singling anybody out but just to state what usually goes down around here and I accept that is how people like it here. I still view the thread and use the like button. Enjoy your RX1! :-) :-)

Can't be any worse than the DP1/DP2 threads! :-) You don't need a dog here, just a kid! :-)

i'll definitely keep posting, and no offense taken from anyone here. much as i like looking at my own pictures i don't like half the pictures on a page to be mine, particularly since there are much better photographers than me posting.
anyway, a couple more pics. the first is a stitch.
