I love my 16-35 f4 vr, It's what I carry in my bag. I have used a wide range of current lenses both Canon and Nikon. the 16-35 is an awesome lens. It does have a lot of distortion wide open but it is easy to remove. I use the built in lens correction in Lightroom4. Works great.
