I got this devices about 3 months ago when it launched. Its in great shape with the exception of a small nick on the corner from being thrown in my camera bag. I've had it in an amzer half case since I purchased it. The screen is clean and free of nicks and scratches. Everything works great.
Currently the phone is rooted and unlocked. Its running a Jellybean rom (AOKP). This can all be reversed and I can install the stock HTC rom if you'd like (personally the AOKP rom is much nicer, but to each their own)
