As I mentioned by me on another post...this camera can now be bought a third cheaper in the UK than on the release date.......what does this say about Canon pricing and the way it views it's customers?

Sigh.. It was a big misunderstanding. That 1st post led to an eBay sale of the 5D3 by someone else entirely, not the thread poster. But I understand though.

UK pricing has always been a third more expensive than anywhere else--definitely a factor of how Canon UK views its customers. But I don't know if the situation is the same with other camera brands sold in the UK.
