The camera is in excellent condition (both cosmetic & functional) with no visible marks on the body/lens/screen. There is a tiny scratch on the lens cap, but I will include a brand new replacement cap (unbranded, exact same quality as the original).
I am the second owner, and have the original sales receipt (originally purchased April 2011). The original owner sent the camera to Fuji to have some dust cleaned from the lens & viewfinder right before I bought it in May 2012 (I have the receipt for this too). I have not experienced any problems with the aperture blades.
