Jiayu G4 (yes one of those great Chinaphones ) 13 mp Android 4.2.1, Vignette app with slight TS filter. It has become my favorite Android photo app, especially for the TS filter that gives me easy access to a "DSLR-like" look. The shot was taken in harsh light in Lyngør Norway this summer and it took me some experiments to get exposure like I wanted.
The Phonecam is always with me which is a great thing. An unexpected unplanned outing, wandering along the coast, and the Jiayu G4 is able to capture the mood and create memories. Of course no DSLR image quality as you can see in this size, but still not bad at all. Android 4.2.1. Vignette app, 13 mp shot resized, no filters:
Compared to a DSLR or mirrorless cam, of course, the camera in the iPhone 5S is garbage, but for a cell phone camera, it's quite impressive. Produces pretty nice images, even in middling light (though there's pretty heavy NR and processing going on, it does so in a way that reduces for web very well as well as prints very well.) This is from last night with the 5S, lit by incandescent light indoors. In bright light outdoors, it produces very nice images with even fairly good DR.
