Even at my advanced age we're still backpacking. I can't carry a camera/lens anymore due to weight, but I do carry the phone. It has everything in it for being in the woods (maps, water sources, weather, etc.) including a camera
Lately I've been experimenting with the Moment lenses. Here is a macro and the 'set up' at home. Years ago I'd been delighted to have gotten this with a DSLR. Of course we can do so much better now with real macro lenses, stacking, proper lighting (I used my headlamp), and so on. But with my phone, well I was impressed. My wife will be the first to tell you she isn't a photographer...but she snagged a wonderful image of my daughter in the library this morning. I did the post processing, but I loved this image from her so much I had to share.
With the insanely fast development of smart phone camera technology in recent years, I'm certain there are many forum members that are making very compelling images with their smart phone cameras.
I didn't see a dedicated thread for this and figured it would be interesting to see a larger wealth/collection of what others are getting with their smart phones around these parts.
A few of mine with the iPhone 11 Pro Max (including some cross-posted) from the Sony Forum. Wanted to show some stuff with both Night Mode and WA Portrait Mode.
