Yeah, never seen a porcupine like this guy. He didn't see too well, that's for sure. But he was cute, no doubt about that - even with all the pokey things.

Love is where you find it Henrik, evidently they manage Hey we don't see too many of the spiny guys around here and a fine shot of him. The landscape is to die for
Tim
True that, true that.
Had a pretty good sunset for the landscape....errrr, mosquito wildlife shot.

The Porcupine looks like a dandiloin seed pod. Cool shot. Love the mosquitos as well a beautiful home they have. I went up to Wonder lake in Denali once and found out they named it Wonder Lake because you wondered why you went all that way just to get eatten alive. Bruce
Yeah, I was at Wonder Lake in Denali just a few weeks ago. And yes, it does earn that name. I didn't last too long there....

Two great images. The landscape is unreal...breathtaking....the giant, quilled rodent is a real find....one day soon you'll hear a humorous porcupine story...but first I need a photo of one to go with it.

I shall be waiting on pins and needles....oh wait!!!

Beauties Henrik. The landscape is awesome and very well seen and captured. Think you miscounted on the mossies though! I see a few more than you do!
Alan
You're probably right Alan. It was hard to count them all with both eyes almost swollen shut.

Super Stuff Henrik, I am having internet problems (the string attached to the cans may be loose) but hopefully I'll be able to see the next bunch you put up.
