Even though cat pictures can, like do pictures, be too much and too often I like this one Richard, it's a very nice B&W conversion with nice lightning and I like the slightly crazy look on the cat
So today I helped my wife with an article she's writing for Military Spouse magazine - I had to have a little photoshoot with the people she wrote about! The husband is a military member and his wife owns her own bakery, and is incredibly talented. Both very nice!
I was *way* out of my comfort zone - I don't do portraits. On this shoot, I learned a few things:
1) My forehead kept hitting the damnable EV buttons on my flash, meaning I had to keep jogging the stupid power to where it needed to be.
2) I really, really wish I had the 12-40 PRO on this shoot -- I kept needing "just a bit wider" or "just a bit tighter" and was altering between the 14,20, and 35-100 a few times. Annoying.
