Thanks! That 12-40/2.8 PRO lens is sharper than the Canon 24-70/2.8L (Version 1) that I had, and I am not complaining about the extra DOF you get with m43 which is great for landscape work. The lens is sharp wide open and across the frame.
Thanks! I love this lens. At 3.55 lbs it's a lot lighter than the Canon 300/2.8 II which weighs over 5 lbs.
I had only rented it for this shoot. I would buy it but I am afraid that Olympus may release an m43 version, or something comparable with much quicker AF. The AF speed is decent/passable in good light but not in poor light, and adding a 1.4x TC does not seem to affect the AF speed much.

Bobby: How did you enjoy the 150mm f2? Great images. The second one is my favorite.

One from a cold winter evening. Did not pay attention and had the camera set for JPG, but even using just free imaging software I think the image pulled together OK.
Yup. We have been to Bosque 3 times and to Venice/Italy 3 times so far. Going to Mexico City with him next month. I was supposed to join him in Bali in March, but had to withdraw from that. We have a group/pool of 6-7 photographers but normally about 3-4 of us would go on a trip several times a year.
