Thanks everyone.

All are shot with either a Nikon D90 (using the 18-105mm kit lens, 35mm Carl Zeiss or 70-300mm VR) or Nikon D700 (using 14-24mm, 24-70mm, 35mm Carl Zeiss, and no 5 with the 85mm f1.4D as a stitch using the Brenizer technique)
